Yasmin Lambat is a Mindfulness Coach and Somatic movement therapist with a fascination for the body/mind connection. It led to her creating a simple movement therapy called BodySensing. Easier than Yoga or Pilates, BodySensing influences the nervous system through movement to reduce stress, relieve pain and restore wellbeing.

Nicholas is a food and wellness coach who facilitates wellness through gut healing and facilitates mindful yoga, bodysensing, somatic coaching, food growing (feedmegreen) and nutritional programs (feelgoodsmoothies).
Being in wonder of how we can supercharge ourselves through nature, Nicholas finds purpose in helping people to experience healthy living through mindfulness, eating for energy as well as growing energizing food. His discovery of the healing benefits of eating simple whole food has led to creating therapeutic cleanse programs that can be created easily in any kitchen.
Following a moderate and holistic approach to food and wellness, means he works through an emotional, nutritional and body-centered approach to wellbeing.
